Half way thru the week!
I'm glad it's Wednesday, but it also reminds me that I haven't had time to exercise at all this week! The last two days I left for work in the dark and didn't get home until it was dark again. I need to make a plan for these days that doesn't involve walking outside. I guess I should (literally) dust off a couple exercise DVDs I have!
Tonight I will exercise! It's my yoga class, 90 mins, and I love it.
How is everyone?

Good morning! I've managed to stick to my healthier eating commitments since I made them last Thursday. I also hit the gym Monday and Tuesday, and will go back Friday. Like you mentioned, there is no time to workout on my work days. I leave at 7 am and get home at 9 pm after a 12 hour shift with no breaks. I do well to eat something healthy and go crash in the bed.

Good Morning! tuesdaysgone - thanks for starting the thread. Enjoy your yoga class! farmdpea - great job with the healthier eating! As for me - I'm making steady progress with my recovery - had PT yesterday...that wore me out. Also managed my first non-PT excursion out of the house- had a GS meeting (I'm the leader for my youngest's troop) and had to go to WM for photos. I sure did sleep well last night. Food-wise- I'm not snacking because it's hard to grab food when my hands are busy with the crutches but the meals my girls are cooking are easy and convenient not especially healthy or vegetable filled. My weight is staying level - it was the same this morning as on the 1st so I'll take that.

I just signed up for WW for 2 months online -- have only done "in person meetings" before, so this will be new. Thinking I will activate the membership for Nov. 1 (as I am travelling this weekend). Hope this helps kickstart me again. I have gained back some of the weight I lost on W30 plan. Despite working out 4-5 days a week, I am more toned but not losing weight.
