It's real SLOW going here and I'm a bit discouraged. It's probably because I'm wearing a skirt today that's fairly tight. I just want to fit into the clothes I have!!
I'm satisfied with my food choices and I'm trying to get in as much activity as possible, but if I don't see any loss this week I'm going to have to take it up a notch. What does that mean? Ha! I'm really not sure at this point.
What do you do when your'e discouraged?

I hear you - part of the reason I fell off the wagon back in the spring was it was so slow going. I know slow and steady wins the race, but geez!
I've been doing the treadmill every morning for almost 3 weeks now (missed a few days here and there) - adn what I want to know is, they say exercise in the morning is supposed to give you energy for the day, boost your metabolism and all that. So WHY am I so tired??? I just want to nap in the afternoon!!
Started Monday with giving up the sugar & white crap, so far so good. Just waiting for the withdrawal headache to hit me....ugh
