I am possibly looking for someone to make center pieces for an upcoming birthday party.
Something simple that can be done with a cricut or similar cutting device, I've just run out of summer time myself and bet there are some creative people here who may offer this type of work

I don't think you will have a problem finding someone on Etsy to do your center pieces. There are lots of talented paper artists there who would love the work. I'm on Etsy but I just work on albums. Hope you come back and post pics once you get the work done!
