Hi, I am a scrapbooker (started in 1997 when my daugher was born) and make the occasional card. I was a lurker on the two peas other board, much preferred to see people in person at scrapstores, etc...now that has all dried up and I am just looking for somewhere to meet others and share ideas, seems like I cannot hardly find anyone who scraps anymore. Looking forward to meeting others who also like to play with paper all day!  |

Hi! I am passionate about card making, and sell almost every card I make. I have been stamping for 25 years. I dabbled in scrapbooking for a while, but my last layout was done when my granddaughter was 2. She is graduating from high school in May. So you might could say scrapbooking fell by the wayside. I have one son who is the light and love of my life and he and DDIL have given me 3 beautiful grandchildren. I love to read, play Canasta, watch my Tarheels play basketball; I am a Diet Pepsi fiend.

Hi everyone my name is Rick and I am not a stamper. Although I certainly have had my share of experience in the stamping industry. I was married to Julie Heskamp for 12 years, and she is the owner of PaperTrey Ink. I was deeply involved in the business while we were married and then after our divorce I created a die manufacturing business that she fairly quickly pushed me out of. I started the PTI forum and was the admin until we parted ways in late 2017. I met a lot of wonderful people on the forum and during my time helping with customer service and I am anxious to catch up with the folks on here that were on the PTI forum. I posted some behind-the-scenes info on the PTI forum and they banned me in about 30 seconds lol.  |

I've recently become addicted to buying supplies so now I have a desk full of stuff and I really truly need some inspiration for what to do with it. I was looking for something else when I found your board, poked around a bit and liked what I saw. My other hobbies include going to metal concerts, learning Finnish (because one of my favorite bands almost exclusively records in Finnish), and playing World of Warcraft (at 46 years old... LOL!) I am looking forward to getting to know you guys and seeing your creations.

Hi Yvonne! Welcome to the board! We have challenges every month that you can translate to cards in the challenge board. I'm sure you've already found the stamping/cardmaking board. Please jump in. Thank you! I also saw that there's another pea here in Eastern Nebraska so that's awesome. Maybe a meetup will be in your future. This will take you to the sign up for our monthly team challenges if you're interested. We post a sign-up at the end of every month for the following month. We get three days to post any and all challenges that we want and then the rest of the month to create. You earn points for using those challenges. Challenges can be combined unless otherwise stated. The points are tallied by team but really we are all winners since it gets us to create things - cards, pages, art journals, planners, etc. There is even an other crafts challenge that if you do other things, you can still earn points. We also have several stand alone monthly challenges. |

Hello, I'm new here. I love to share and read about the things that make a place like this helpful to many of us. I am not really sure how to navigate this site, but I will try.
I am mother of one child and a full time employed worker with a hobby selling on eBay. Enjoy cooking, sewing, selling and gardening. I love the 9 cats I have and 2 dogs. I have a husband who is disabled, he is a big helper during my time away working.
Minimalist mind set is less wasteful than the average person. I am working on this every week. Less is more!

I would like to re-introduce myself! I'm Kiera, and I'm from the least exciting borough of NYC. I joined this forum years ago but for some reason I never really dove in, so I'm making a bigger effort for that now! I don't have any local scrappy friends outside of the meetup group that sometimes holds meetings, and while that's a lot of fun it's a general paper crafting group and not always specifically scrapbooking. It's great to have a community like this and I hope to make some new pals!
