So glad I found the refugee board! I was mostly a lurker on 2 peas, username 2boysformom My boys are getting older and we have a fur-girl now, so I've taken 4cliffdwellers as an homage to our home  it's time to be more of my own person (even they will always hold my heart) I'm hoping to be more active, but life gets crazy sometimes. |

Hello! Finally decided to jump in after "lurking" for a couple of weeks. I have stumbled across quite a few interesting topics, including the vent posts, which I will probably take advantage of in the near future. Looking forward to learning my way around and contributing.

My name is Shirley Hailstock (shailstock, here) and I'm new this forum. I own two Kindles and I'm happy with them. I read on the Kindle, read paper books and listen to audiobooks. I live in the Northeast where the weather always makes the news. I grew up in Buffalo, NY where the weather always makes the news.
I enjoy winter, especially when I'm warm. I sew, write romance novels, play tennis and walk (10,000 - 20,000 steps a day). Glad to be here.

Hi! My name is Tammie. I think I had a membership over at 2peas but never really posted, I just had a lot going on. I am the mom of 2 boys, married for 13 years and run a small daycare from my home for time being. I'm mostly a digi scrapper but make mini albums and other projects with paper..who could ever give up paper? I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi! I stumbled across this board while Google-ing scrapbooking on ProBoards forum directory. I think I had a login on 2Peas but traveled so much for work for the last several years that I can't remember if I did or not. I have a new job now where I don't travel so much so I'm hoping to be active on here.

Hello all, I just tried to log onto 2Peas a few minutes ago. I had no idea it had shut down.  I used to be VERY active on another Scrap board - Lifetime Moments, and posted here and there on 2Peas. I think I joined 2 Peas around 1999? I was really into scrapping then and joined a lot of different boards around that time, but mainly posted on LTM and shopped/lurked on 2Peas. Anyhow, my husband was cleaning out my craft room (the family's storage room) and it got me wanting to scrap again. I realized that when I wasn't actively reading scrapping posts and looking at others' work I wasn't feeling inspired. So I hope this place can be inspirational! Off to check this place out |

I was a regular on the NSBR board on 2 Peas and man have I missed it since they shut it down. I was thrilled to stumble upon this board last night! I can't wait to get reacquainted and see who all made the transition and meet some new people as well. This was my name on 2 Peas as well. I definitely lurked more than I posted, but man, have I missed the wisdom of the Peas. No other message board that I visit quite compares to 2Peas.

Well, hello there Refupeas!! I was kindly sent this link by I-95 (as she was on 2Peas) and told to "get your butt over there"... I used to be Cricut (I think) on 2Peas. We are talking yeeeeears ago, talking the last time I logged onto 2Peas was early 2008... I posted about my marriage dissolving and my *then* husband leaving on New Years Day 2007. We have since divorced, and he has remarried (those who remember the drama may remember a poster called Dancer 35 who seemed to know an awful lot about my situation, who was outed by some as being my ex's new girlfriend?? Well he married her). I have had a little girl (her name is Tilly, and she is 4 next month). The bio donor of my little girl has not had anything to do with me (or her) since I found out I was pregnant. And I haven't had a relationship since then. Anyway. Living in New Zealand (still) and bought my first house about 3 weeks ago. Moving in later this month. Very excited with that. My eldest child is at University (her second year, but first year second semester for her degree as she changed courses after Sem 1 last year). My second child, lives with his Dad (my ex) and Stepmother, and has done for the last 4 years. Not scrapbooking as much as I would like. Hopefully my new house will help with that as it has a sunroom which I am using as a craft room Glad to be back at 2Peas as a refupea. |

Hi All. My name is Janet and I live in Moose Jaw, SK with my two fur babies and step-fur baby. I started Scrapbooking about 25 years ago and now pretty much am hooked on minis and 3D paper crafting. We have an amazing LSS in Moose Jaw and if you are ever through here, it's a great stop. I am a travel consultant for the past 20+ years and now work from home. I have done a fair bit of travelling, but haven't printed a picture in years! I just make projects and put them on a shelf! My bad! I am single, sort of... My BF is in a rehab facility recovering from GBS? hence the step-dog! Winters are long and projects are many! Glad to be here...
