And if so, do you still like it? Would you recommend it? Is there anything about it that you don't like?
We bought a Sealy memory foam mattress 3 years ago and both dh & I hate it. It was a new style when we bought it (i.e. no reviews) and my current research shows universally bad reviews for it now. I don't want to waste money again. Most of the Tempurpedic reviews are good but there are some that say the support declines after two years.

We have had our Tempurpedic for about 4 years. I do not like it. It holds body heat and becomes too soft for me. I'm usually cold but the Tempurpedic makes me sweat when I sleep. I would love to get a new mattress. I really would not recommend the Tempurpedic brand to anyone.

We've had ours for 3 years. I haven't noticed a decline in support, and for the most part, I really like it. We can feel that the middle line between us is a bit firmer than the sides where we sleep, but it hasn't affected our sleep. I know that the tempurpedic guarantee is something like it will be replaced if there is more than a 2" drop over the mattress, they lay a yardstick across the bed to measure if there are any dips. I always felt that that was bit of a crock, since the foam will by nature get softer, and that won't show as much in a dip of the mattress as a spring mattress where you can see dips much more dramatically. But I'm always thankful to be back on my own mattress after sleeping in hotel or anywhere else.

I love mine. You can pick the hardness so if you prefer a harder mattress, there is an ultra firm so when it does mold to your body, it has more support. We have a split king with the adjustable bases. Dh's side is the ultra firm. I have the regular. The body shaping really has made a huge difference in how well I sleep as well as supporting my inflamed joints. I still find it heaven to relax into my bed every night.
The mattress is hot. I sweat anyway, so it's not big deal to me. The mattresses also slide apart and have to slid back. I stuff pillows in the crack, but I am looking for a better way to fill the middle.
I LOVE the adjustable base. I have severe pain and nerve damage in my back that pinches my nerves so badly that sometimes I can't walk well. I love being able to comfortably sit up in bed. Lifting the head of my bed also helps my heart work more effectively. I feel awful if I have to lie flat. My husband's snoring has also decreased dramatically since he lifts the head of his bed.
There is a new cool touch tempurpedic. They have a great warranty, and the material lasts a long time. We've had our bed 3 years which still looks new. The material also doesn't mold or hold in moisture. The last coil mattress we bought with a tempurpedic cover was looking ratty at 3 years.

We've had our about 3 years or so. Split king. I didn't want it but DH did. Now, I love it but DH wishes he had the softer one.

We've had ours 7 or 8 years, I was just thinking about it tonight. I don't see any low or high spots, and it's still supportive. DH is a big guy, and his part seems level with mine. We didn't buy the boards Tempurpedic sells to support it because we already had a wood platform. You can't flip it like a regular mattress, because of the construction. But I do "spin" it 1-2 times a year, Like turning it clockwise. I haven't noticed it being hot, but we live where everything gets hot, so I might be immune. We bought a basic style, from a specialty back store. At the time they weren't available at regular mattress dealers, at least here. I wonder if that makes a difference? We love if.

We have had a king sized Tempurpedic for about 8 or 9 years. I don't notice it has lost any support, and I love it for the comfort of it. We spend quite a bit of the year in different locations, and I wake up with aches and numbness in my hips when I sleep in another bed. I am always happy to get back to my mattress. However, the tempurpedic is WAY TOO HOT for the summer months, and I wouldn't buy it again for that reason.

We have 2 - a queen for about 10 years and a king for about 8. Both still have full support and wouldn't trade them for another mattress. Personally I have not noticed any temperature changes at different times of year.

We have had our King size for about 8 years and love it! I tend to move around when I am trying to get to sleep. DH does not feel it at all. I forget about that benefit until we sleep away from home.
We don't have any uneven spots and we do not rotate it.

I bought one almost two years ago and except for it being a little hot to sleep on, I'm still doing OK with it. But I'm wondering if I will have problems in the future and if so, if I can do anything to head them off? I really love the memory foam....it's been so much better with my back problems, but they are a pretty expensive investment. I was certainly hoping to keep it a while.

We bought their Memory Works line, sold by Macy's. I think it's no longer even made, that's how bad the reviews are. Apparently the foam was too thick or something like that. We haven't had any problem with it being too hot but it has no lumbar support at all. We both wake up every morning hunched over, aching everywhere. And it's constant flipping back and forth all night because it hurts too long if you sleep in one position, legs go numb, etc.
I am so reluctant to get another memory foam for this reason. It's impossible to know how soft or hot it's going to get after you've slept on it for 2 hours under bed linens. And I know many places offer a limited trial but that's just a huge pain in the neck.

No personal experience, but Our best friends own a mattress store. They have tempurpedic in their bedroom and guest room and have said they wouldn't have anything else. They have tried several different ones over the years (obviously they get their own mattresses at cost so it's not quite as hard a hit on them to switch when they don't like something). I slept in their guest room once and decided when we are in the market for a new one, that will be the brand I shop for.

I bought my bed at Healthy Back. My mom had gone to a home and garden show, and a local store had the tempurpedics on display and on sale for 25% off. My mom couldn't remember which store had the sale, so I called Healthy Back to see if it was them.
It wasn't, but they gave us 30%. We also got a great deal on top of that because one of the twin beds was an unused display.
There is also another good thing about the split king. The beds work independently, so it could double as a hospital bed.
