I know, I know, some of you hate Black Friday. We can argue that another day. Personally I enjoy the chaos of it.
Anyhow I've perused some of the ads and so far nothing is jumping out at me. What about you?
Btw, I usually view the ads at bfads.net. As of this morning they had target and Walmart newly listed plus lots others.

So far the only thing I'm thinking about is the Xbox one bundle at target.
But my kids won't/can't decide if that's even on their Christmas list....so we'll see.

I'm looking for another great deal on the instapot and the illustrated Harry Potter Book 2.
Other than that, I haven't really thought about it

I was just looking at the ads, but nothing is catching my eye yet. An instapot if I see a good deal on one, maybe.

I have started it. I'm a regular on gottadeal.com during the black Friday season. The things I am looking for will have to be on sale for me to get them. I'm looking for a repeat of the kindle deal from last year. I'm also looking for a serger if anyone sees one on sale.

The only store I typically go to on Black Friday is Joannes for flannel, rotary cutter blades and quilt batting. Then I go back home and go to bed before embarking on a day of quilting. Last year the deals were available earlier than black friday so I jumped on it then. Most of my holiday shopping is done, now I just have to finish creating the handmade stuff and figure out what to do for my mom

That's on my to do list today...start looking at the ad scans. I'm hoping to find a good laptop for DD to take to college next year. Not sure what else.

The only thing I know for sure we will be getting is the latest Season of Big Bang Theory at Target. We buy the last season every year on black Friday.

The only thing I try to get each year is some jeans from Bass Pro Shop for my DH... They are typically always around $30 a pair, but everything Thanksgiving they are $10. I try to get at least 3 or 4 pairs for him.

We LOVE Black Friday...it's totally a "date day" for us. We hardly ever buy much of anything, although memory sticks at Staples seems to be becoming a new tradition for us. I mean, you can NEVER have enough of those, can you ? But we get up very early (4-5:00 ish) and just hit the stores. Now that stores are opening at midnight around here (we still have blue laws so no Thanksgiving openings), we do miss a lot of the chaos, but we still have a blast. I am hoping that this year Barnes and Nobel has the autographed books again. I like to get those for our little grandson, although I do admit, I got the Polar Express for myself last year ! So far, that's about it for me.

Since this is probably all Black Friday experts here, does anyone know if the Cricut site will do a Black Friday sale? A friend and I want to put an order in together if that's the case and the deals are good.

I didn't realize I had made it a tradition until you mentioned it. Cheap movies and TV seasons are my favorite thing to buy on black friday.

Yes I'm preparing my online shopping. Urban Decay typically has a sale so I've added what colors I want to my wishlist.

I got the first one on a random sale for $8.95 on a Saturday morning on Amazon. I just can't bring myself to pay the $23.99 on it so I'm just stalking it and hoping for another sale LOL.

I never look at the ad prior to Thanksgiving. My husband and I get up early on Thanksgiving morning, I start cooking and he goes to town looking for a newspaper. He sit in the kitchen telling me about all the deals.
We head out shopping around 5 on Black Friday. He likes to hit Home Depot and Lowes for tools. I like Fred Meyer and JoAnn's.
Last year a friend talked me into going to Anchorage to hit the mall. We were at Bath and Body works at 6. I bought so much that I still have stuff from last year!
I am still waiting for lists from my kids, I have no idea what they want!

BF isn't a big thing here in New Zealand. Trying not to do too much online because I need to be saving for a big vacation - but I might look out for some running shoes.

I love black Friday and me and my mom always make a day out of it. We usually look at the sales a couple days beforehand. I also love looking at all the holiday displays and seasonal gifts and food items. Macy's always has really good deals. Okay, it's silly but every year we have to buy those miniature perfume sets that come in a pack of 6-8.
The only thing I want to get is the 9.99 Recollections calendar from Michael's. It looks exactly like an Erin Condren planner.

I've been chipping away at my list right along. I would love to be done by then, actually. Although I have enjoyed a bit of BF shopping many times before. (This year I want to veg out in my pjs and watch Gilmore Girls instead. )

I am still waiting for lists from my kids, I have no idea what they want! My sister-in-law and I have the same tradition. We have our Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday and the guys all head to our cabin for hunting. Thanksgiving morning, we run to the gas station in our jammies (gasp!) and grab a paper. Spend the day plotting and planning with all of the print ads and our computers. I think I like that part better than the actual shopping.

Yep At 12:01 Am I'm ordering a new TV for our bedroom, Chromebook & tablet from Walmart. Going back to bed.
Then Thanksgiving night as it will only be hubby and I we are going shopping. All of our girls will be away this Thanksgiving...growing up... going to be diffrent. Target has some bedding and bath items I would like. Cleaned out and donated a lot of our linen closet.
Walmart has several other items I want, a Bluetooth speaker, some fleece lined leggings, t-shits for hubby, pro glass for our phones( lifesaving), a new mouse and some kitchen items.
Michael's: Of Course.
Then back to house, hubby has work in the AM...I will head back out to Joann's, Ulta, Sears & Bath & Body..possibly Dicks...hubby wants a new bow for hunting.. My shopping will be all done & wrapped by Saturday Morning.
Now that doesn't mean I wont purchase other things if they come across my way but the stress is over and I can enjoy. I'm coming in WAY under budget this year o I have some play money for extras.

I'm disappointed in most of the ads I've seen so far (haven't checked out WM or Target though...)
The one thing I wanted from Michaels looks like it isn't being offered this year. I wanted to get a couple of huge canvases for a DIY art project for my stairwell. The last few years they had them for $20 a piece but I couldn't find it in the ad.

I need new sheets for my boys' beds. Kohl's is going to have a good sale on those. Ds#2 also wants an electric blanket. Everyone has gotten a Big One throw for the past few years, so we may take a break this year.
