we trailered our bike from Missouri to Colorado
then rode the long way to Glacier National Park - via Lewiston Idaho (to see an old army friend)
we rode 2800 miles over the course of 8 days
We rode thru the Lolo Pass in Idado again - it's stunning
and we thought it was our favorite route until we rode the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier
that, my friends, is something to see
i'll add photos once i get them uploaded
thanks to all of you all that took the time to help me last week when i was looking for advice

clarification - Harley - not a bicycle! just wanted to make that little tidbit known
but i saw a bunch of bike riders in both glacier park and yellowstone!

Nice!!! When we were first married, we rode bike (Goldwing) from MN to FL. It was quite the adventure.

Going to the Sun Road is one of my favorites--along with the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton.

It is one of my favorite places! My husband is from near there so every summer we get to visit there. We have decorated our house with pictures from there to make him feel at home here in CO (not that our views here are bad!).

LOVE Glacier National Park and Going to the Sun Road! My avatar is a pic of Glacier. We've visited many national parks and Glacier is still my absolute favorite...
