I had to google it to see what you were referring to because apparently I am not in the know  Is this for Lightroom and doesn't it compete with Photoshop? If I know what I'm talking about, I was wondering if you have used both and/or why you prefer Lightroom over the other. Thanks!

You use it with Photoshop. It makes editing photos a breeze.

I use it with PSE. It really has changed my life. Open a photo, apply a recipe (save the recipe if you want) and done. Really worth the price.

It's basically a lot of filters and other editing tools that work very similarly to the filters on a smartphone app. It's like using Afterlight, VSCO, or even Instagram's photo filters, but on your computer.
