I know I'm not alone. We've had this discussion before here.
What would it take to convince scrapbook manufacturers to sell sheets of A's, E's, I's, O's, and U's as their own alpha package?
From what I can see, the industry is ebbing (right now. Hobbies tend to do that, and maybe it'll make a big comeback sometime).
Manufacturers are trying to throw out new and improved products, that then don't sell well, and they deeply clearance.
How about a product that will sell well?
I can nearly guarantee that if Thickers came out with packs that are all vowels, scrapbookers would buy them. How could you not?
It's always the first thing to run out of on a sticker sheet, making the sheet useless unless you are willing to be creative and really mix & match your alphas, to the point where your vowels in the titles are stamped images, and you have a hodgepodge of letter stickers from different sheets.
So, how do we make this a thing? Who do we convince that we need vowel sheets?

I would totally support a pack that came with a mix of the most common letters - vowels, r, s, t, maybe a couple of extra n's or h's depending on the words I'm making.

I was making a LO a few days ago and found the perfect pack of Thickers, color and font. Wanted to title it 'Streetscape' - no E, no S, no T.

No clue...I've seen this recommendation on scrapbook message boards almost as soon as thickers came out. Maybe we should all write American Crafts with the suggestion of a companion pack or to just rebalance the letter/number combo of what they put out now. I can see where it would be hard for AC to determine which letters/styles will be popular and not willing to produce something they aren't sure will sell but I get so annoyed when I get a pack of thickers and there's more 4s then Ss.

I think about this every time I scrap. I need a 'Wheel of Fortune Bonus Round' package, that includes extras of the popular letters + vowels. I would buy this every time. Other than vowels, I'm ALWAYS out of "s". I guess I do a lot of plurals.

Some packs have extras of some of these, but never seems to be enough. I can usually engineer what I need from the unused letters or mix and match letters from different colours or fonts, but I would be all over a Wheel of Fortune letter sticker sheet!

I have wondered this for years! Wouldn't it just be COMMON SENSE for the manufacturers to do this?? I am not a mix and match girl when it comes to letter stickers, and it is so frustrating to run out of the letters you need. I don't mind creating letters out of other letters (making a c into an e, etc) but sometimes it's impossible.
It wouldn't be hard to figure out which letters are most common, and make extras of those!

I would love it if they would skip the numbers and add extra vowels. I pretty much never use them.

I think this is precisely why alphabet dies and word thickers are doing so well at the moment.

I have actually cut and pieced together alphas from sets. For example a Q can become an O with a little fussy cutting. But it's such a pain to have to resort to this. If they sold an add-on set with vowels and most used consonants I'd totally buy it.
