I have been thinking about one of those jetmax-type white rotating desktop organizers, but I have a feeling there's just not enough space in it. Does anyone use one of those, and does it hold enough stuff or do you need more than one desktop container for your most-used stuff? TIA! I use this. Love it and it holds tons of stuff. I have my craft knife, bone folders and most used scissors in a small mason jar on my desk. link

Can those revolving AMM totes still be found? I have a friend who needs one.

Within the last 3 months I purchased an AMM tote at Tuesday Morning for a friend very similar to mine, but it didn't spin. BUT-- you can turn any tote into a spinning one, just place it on a lazy susan! I've even decorated a lazy susan with scrapbook paper and rick-rack trim around the edge.

I'm hoarding a bunch of lazy susans I got after my MIL passed away. She must have had 6-8 of them. I put the biggest one on my island with a bunch of dollar spot metal buckets on it and the other ones will come in handy for something else at some point. I like your idea with the rickrack! I might try some washi on the edges of mine and see if it sticks. I was also thinking of trying to spray paint them so they aren't such an ugly generic beige color.

Not home to post a picture but I use the pampered chef tool utensils caddy. It's not pretty but it holds a lot of stuff and spins... Looking forward to seeing how everyone else does it.....

Let's see if I can make this work... I punched holes in the side for the brads to go through with a Crop-A-Dile. Went right through like butter! That looks awesome. I am so stealing this idea. TFS

I am unoriginal and have the white spinning organizer from recollections/jetmax(or what ever they call it now) It works really well and I keep the majority of my small tools in it(plus I bought it during one of their 60% off sales, so I was a happy camper for sure)

Do you need your marker/pencil storage to be portable or not? I've seen a few different ways you could do it but some wouldn't work very well for traveling to crops, etc. Yes to both answers--- I want something I can bring to crops (or the other room) and I want something to have in my room DH is going to Northern Tools to look at a metal cart similar to the Ikea one that everyone is loving-- I hope he doesn't buy it until I get to see it..but you know men you mention a TOOL and off they go.... Check out this wine rack thread, it shows something like what I had seen on Pinterest.
