I am trying to switch to MFP but I don't know what ratio of calories, sat. Fat, sugar, and protein to use after being on WW. I know MFP will give me default numbers but so far it looks like I can eat much worse on MFP and still be within their goals. I am wondering what the Smart Points numbers are if spelled out in calories/fat/sugar/proteins. Anyone know? Thanks, and I hope this makes sense.
