I have a tenant that was legally evicted from my condo.
It has a community mailbox with a key to open it.
I'll be getting the key and I know there will be mail for them.
I don't know if they even submitted a forwarding address; sheriff came and told them to leave.
Do I take it to the Post Office?
Can I just write "no longer here" and drop it in a public mailbox?
Thanks!

If there's a bunch, I'd take it to the PO and tell them. They might be able to fill out a form or something to prevent any more of their mail to be delivered incorrectly. You could just write "Forward to new address" on everything, but it would take longer for the PO to stop misdelivering it to the old address.
