I made this really good Jambalaya recipe the other day. My dh and dd want me to make it again tonight and double the recipe. I'm curious about the time though. Probably seems silly but would I just double the cooking time? I'm still new to the IP world. TIA! |

You shouldn't have to double the cooking time. I would add probably about a half cup more water and maybe 2-3 minutes more, check it and if its not done add another 3-4 minutes. Oh and a good recipe?? Please share  |

Same amount of time, regardless of amount. That is one way it is different than regular cooking. I'd also just double the recipe.
