I don't want to cook the potatoes and cabbage in the IP, just the corn beef.

I don't want to cook the potatoes and cabbage in the IP, just the corn beef. I drop the CB into the pot (ours comes seasoned and vacuum sealed from the butcher) laid on a bed of onions and add 1 bottle of a tasty pale ale or good beer. (warfsteiner is my fave cooking beer). I never bother browning ours. So tasty! |
