36 minutes and counting!!! I'm hoping this episode sends Zeke home. Or Brett......
Let's hope Ken is looking his fine self!!! I'm thinking he is going to be a bust at the finale. That is how it always works. The people who look great filthy, clean up not nearly as well!

Sorry Ken lovers (and I was one), Ken is now officially an idiot. He seriously doesn't deserve to win at this point, sorry!
Zeke started getting on my last nerve right from the start. He talks about how badly he wants to win and just as much, he wants David to lose. Come on, you're such a stragic player and you're letting it get personal now...and mean. I really, really want you to go as well.
I would like to see Hannah, David or Adam win at this point.
The loved one challenge as always is a tear-jerker. It was pretty wonderful that Adam refused to use his advantage at the loved one challenge. I was surprised and loved that Taylor took him for that reason. And I thought it was a lovely gesture that Adam gave Jay the advantage after that--it was a horrible advantage to have anyway.
The immunity challenge was a super quick one. I loved seeing little Adam winning it. It's funny, I started out really liking the guy, then I didn't, and now I'm back to really liking him again. Too many other real assholes to be upset about this neurotic, goofy kid who has made his share of mistakes.
Great tribal council watching everyone vie for Will's affection. I had no idea who he was going to vote for. I don't blame Adam for playing the idol though; it appeared very uncertain. Awesome that he got it right this time and used it on Hannah. I could hardly wipe the smile off my face when her name started coming up!
I get why Will's pissed at a whole lot of people, but it looks like next week he gets a bit too big for his britches. Oh, and stay away from Brett Adam!!! I can't stress this enough. He's no good!!!!

OMG.....Ken just shot himself in the foot! What a stupid.....can I say, arrogant move. I had flashbacks as to when he told Jess in the very beginning that they were gunning for her, and she went back and told the girl alliance. He was so angry with her, yet he turned and did the same thing!! I love him.....but other players are playing a terrific game. He really isn't. David, Zeke and Adam are hardcore players of the game. I noticed how Jay held onto his idol and didn't share with Zeke. Jay is for Jay....and he needs to go. Although I do really like him!!! If the game ended tonight I would only be disappointed if Brett won. Everyone is jockeying for position and selling their gimmick, he is the only one who makes my skin crawl!!! Everyone else is tricky....he is dirty! Lastly, Adam wasted his idol (which sucks) and does this mean Ken makes it to the 36 days and the legacy advantage can be figured in to play? I'm so curious as to what it is!

I'm definitely in the minority because Hannah, David, and Adam really irritate me. I don't want any of them to win. Brett doesn't bother me. I can't stand tribal councils anymore. I need to DVR the episodes and then fast forward through them.

I am really loving this season!
Ugh Ken that wasn't a wise move but I still love you lol! I think he is someone who character and their word is a huge huge deal to him. I think he also does not see how his name can be written down because of his character.
I loved David's analogy of Will and him being a new driver lol.
I always cry during the loved ones episode and did during this one. OMG Ken's brother is gorgeous too damn!
I wish Adam hadn't given Jay his advantage I think not using it during the reward was generous enough.
I think Adam definitely didn't waste that idol because he had no way of knowing whether Will would vote with them. I'm just glad it was Hannah and not Ken who got Zeke sides votes.
So glad Zeke is gone and other then Jay the rest have no qualities I think a winner needs. Sunday and Brett have done nothing. Will is too big for his britches. As long as none of them or Hannah wins I will be happy!

Man....every time I start liking someone, they pull a bonehead move and lose all my respect. I cannot stand the way Ken reacted when he found out the other side was going to write his name down! He was so arrogant!!! Like – NO– No one could possibly vote for me, because I am the perfect player, I fly completely under the radar, everybody likes me, I am the most honorable player to ever play in the history of survivor… Oh my God… Check your flipping ego at the DOOR!
I am back to liking Adam again. I lost my mother to cancer, and I remember just how painful that treatment roller coaster was. I wish he would not have burned his immunity Idol tonight. He didn't need it. But I get why he did it…

I thought it was interesting that Sunday was the only player to have a spouse as a loved one and everyone else had a parent or sibling.

I'm not sure you're that far in the minority. I think there are peas that don't like the three players you mentioned. You probably are in the minority over Brett though--he's almost universally disliked. Hell, I want him out and he's my player in the pool! I'm surprised you don't like the TCs though! They are so much fun (although I am often about ready to have a heart attack during them). Jeff is masterful at getting these people to talk and reveal things. It's a real gift. That was a good line Leslie. I had to chuckle a bit over it. Well it was a waste, because he didn't need to use it. But I agree with you that HE didn't know that and so with the information he had, it was a smart move to play it. And he played it on the right person, so that was awesome. These people are NOT afraid to use their HIIs, even on other people and I kind of love that. Did anyone wonder why no one has been scouring camp for a new hidden one? Are they going to re-hide any of these used idols. ITA Katy. And honestly, the way Ken reacted (being incensed that the tribe would dare to vote HIM off) unfortunately reminded me of someone else that I used to like and who started bothering me with his arrogance--Rupert. I remember when they tried to vote him off his first season and he came back to camp after BELLOWING at Johhny Fairplay (yeah, yeah, I can't stand that guy, but he has a right to make a move if he wants). From that moment on, I really didn't like Rupbert. I hope I don't feel that way about Ken but I'm just not sure.

Oh, Ken. You really had me going. Turns out you do have flaws, pretty big ones. I could not believe the way he reacted to Will. That was crazy. I was cringing when he went to the enemy camp and ratted him out. That is one of the top 10 dumbest things I've ever seen on Survivor.
And poor Will. He decided to go ahead with his big move and vote Zeke, but it was completely overshadowed by Adam's idol. It didn't earn him any points in the game, but it did seal his fate with his former alliance. They were counting votes. They know he didn't vote for Hannah. Tonight was a lose-lose for him.
I loved the loved ones visit! As soon as Adam made his announcement, I was hoping that the winner would pick him for that reason. I was so happy that Jay did it, that I cried again. Jay really is a good guy. I'd love to see him flip too, but it looks like he feels a lot of loyalty to Sunday.
Ken is off my winner list now. Jay and Adam are back on. Still love David and I'm probably the only person in the world who likes Hannah.
Glad Zeke is gone. I hate that he made it personal. Ready for Bret to go next. I'm indifferent about Will, so it wouldn't hurt my feelings if he's next.

Darn it! I just wrote out a long post and the board swallowed it. Ugh! I hate when that happens.
Basically I said I still like Ken even after his horrendous bad move tonight because I suspect he doesn't play this game well at all strategically. He's a modest, shy sort of guy and that really appeals to me. I think he's like one of those players we see every year who say they want to play the game with honestly, respect and dignity. But the players who realize it's a game to win a million dollars and if lying gets you further than it's fine-it's all part of the game play, those players I think play better strategically. If they can lie convincingly. KWIM? So maybe while tonight's move by Ken was really stupid game play, he really thought he was "testing" Will by making the move he did. Maybe he didn't get what a horribly stupid, back firing, blow up the strategy of your whole alliance it was. Let's just say I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, given what sort of person he is, for now. I'm going to wait and see how this plays out. He's going to have to really wise up his strategy play and do a tremendous amount of damage control to fix what he did tonight.
Right now my favorite players are Ken, David and Adam. I do not like Hannah and don't get her appeal at all (Jackie, can you explain this?). I think she's done nothing so far to benefit her game play. She's horrible at challenges, is awkward socially, and doesn't know how to play strategically. For some reason I don't like Sunday, and I can't explain it.
I was happy to see Zeke get voted out tonight especially with how Zeke and Brett went after David last week. Zeke was getting much too full of himself.
Loved seeing the loved one's challenge and really happy Jay ended up choosing Adam to participate in the reward because he obviously really needed to talk to his brother about how his mom was doing regarding her cancer treatment. I also loved seeing Adam choose to not use his advantage for this. That was really commendable, especially given how seriously he need to talk to his brother.
The tribal council was great and I thought it was wonderful that Adam used his idol to save Hannah (which given the info at them time I think was smart game play). It gave my "team" of Ken, Adam, David and Hannah a chance not to lose one of their members, but to make the other "team" lose of of theirs. So now it's even-4 to 4. I really love seeing such an increasing amount of idol play like we are seeing this season, including using idols to save not yourself but other players. Jackie mentioned this. It makes game play more interesting and viewing a lot more fun!

You aren't the only one, I like her too. I get why you still like Ken Debbie and why you want to give him a second chance. He's handsome, sensitive, kind and a hard worker. Despite his strength at challenges, he's been an underdog throughout the game. I'm usually drawn to the underdogs. And I don't hate the guy; I do still like a lot about him. BUT, I'm disgusted and angry enough at him that he's no longer on my "hope he wins" list. First, what he did last night (and I think someone on her even mentioned this) is exactly what Jess did to him. He came to her in all sincerity to give her news about being voted out and she went straight back to her alliance and told them. He was disgusted and unhappy with her for doing that. And at LEAST the fact that she questioned his information made sense (this was her own alliance--why would they vote her off instead of someone on the opposing alliance? I could see her doubting that). He doesn't get a pass at doing the same thing he was upset with someone else doing. And why did he so strongly doubt Will's info? The people who were saying they were going to vote him out were the opposing alliance, not his own. He's the strongest player on his alliance. Why wouldn't they want to vote him off? That was good solid info that made perfect sense but his ego (and yes, I think our Ken does have some serious ego after all) wouldn't allow him to think they were voting him off. So he asked. I don't for one second believe he was testing Will. I think that was a cover-up. You don't test to see if explosives work by blowing up your whole house fgs. I think it was a super bonehead move and for someone who's already been there before, I just can't give him a pass. I admire your loyalty though; we'll see how it all plays out. Hmmm...why I like Hannah, let me see if I can try. I like that Hannah is a super fan. I like that's she's playing the game, switching things up as needed. I think she was instrumental in getting some of the Millenial nerds to flip over to David and Ken's alliance. I think she's helped with intel and has good instincts (like when she felt she needed the idol and asked David to play it on her--if he had Jess would still be there). She is nervous and socially awkward but most of the times I find those qualities endearing, more than irritating. Maybe it comes from having a son with Aspergers. I think she's a good person, just as good as Ken, she just lacks his looks and quiet unassuming charm. It gets a little lost in her neuroses. I tend to be drawn to the neurotic smart types. Oh, and I don't care that she's not great at challenges. Not everyone can be athletic powerhouses. I feel she always goes out and gives her all and that's all I can ask. There are other things to bring to the table. That was a lovely moment--arrogant, bullying jerk! See, us besties can still agree on some things, even if disagree on others.

This season continues to amaze me. Poor Will, trying to make a move and getting slapped down, by the opposing alliance, no less! The roles of leader or follower were established early on with this group. No bucking the system! I don't get why Ken told, but I wonder if there is more to the story that was edited out. Otherwise, it makes no sense.
The loved ones visits were very touching. It was a nice move for Jay to take Adam. But Adam giving Jay his advantage? Another move that didn't make sense, but a nice gesture anyway. In spite of the divisions, everyone seems to genuinely like and respect each other, which is one of the great things about this season.
Jeff only read 3 of Zeke's votes, leaving the last 2 for everyone to wonder about, so the group doesn't know that Will voted for Zeke. Grimy little Hannah lives to see another day. They must all want to take her to the end at this point.

You bet we can Jackie After reading you describe why you like Hannah I can begin to see some of the strategy she has been part of and I do give her credit for that. Thanks for showing me Hannah in a better light. You've opened up my eyes a bit. Not quite there yet, but I can see why you like her. Hasn't this been one of the best seasons in a very long time. I think so. Can't wait to see what comes next.

I agree Debbie, this has been one of my favorite seasons too. They are playing the game hard and they are overall a pretty likable group. They feel more like regular people and we like them or dislike them for normal reasons. Even the players we don't like, we dislike because they're kind of arrogant or obnoxious, not because they are supervillians who are throwing people's clothes in the fire or being ridiculously cruel. I am REALLY enjoying it!

If you missed it, I missed it too. I think he played on what he thought--it couldn't be him because he had an idol, it probably wouldn't be Ken because the cat was out of the bag on that, so that left David and Hannah. They keep voting on Hannah because she's an unlikely one (non-threatening), so I think he just took a chance. And it was a smart one! Or he could have overheard something that we just don'w know about.

I think Hannah has some pretty good gut instincts for how strange she acts. I thought she was going off of the tribe vibe and Adam just went with her gut!
I rewatched that part and can I say Jay's face, when Adam dug in his pants, was comical, but when Jay realized Adam was playing an idol he went to a look of pure shock!
So at this point Jay has great challenge playing ability (he can win them), a hidden idol and Adams advantage. He is going into the home stretch looking good!

At first we weren't sure they voted for Hannah but, when they started panning the faces after Adam played the idol, we knew they did. Is it just me or have more idols been played on someone else's behalf this season than any other season?
We were really disappointed in Ken. I started thinking more about him and realized that I don't know if I've ever seen him smile. Probably last night when he saw his brother. But he looks like he doesn't find any joy being out there. His *diary room* chats are spoken in the same monotone voice. I wonder how long he lived off the grid and where his daughter lives. I also wonder if he's never watched Survivor.

He could have slapped his down for Zeke, but he is playing for himself instead of his alliance at this point. At this point in the game I think he is smart to hold on to it! At the final TC these players (for the most part) are going to have terrific track records!!! I can't quit talking about last nights episode. It was so good! LOVE THIS SEASON!!!!

Awesome episode. I didnt like Adam very much at the beginning but he's really grown on me. Ive missed some of the episodes, is his mom battling cancer? I saw parts of him and his brother and it made me tear up. Ken is a freaking moron. I could not believe he reacted that way.
