I haven't been able to install my Selphy on the computer. It takes great pics from the memory card for my camera but that's all I've been able to do so far.

I have the 800 series. Canon refused to make a driver for Windows 8. I've never been able to print to my Selphy from my iPhone or my laptop. I wouldn't have bought the Selphy if I'd known i couldn't use my laptop. Pisses me off every time i think about it.

Oh that sucks. I think mine is compatible with 8 but my computer was bought with 10 installed

There is a work around. I'll have to see if I can find it.

I haven't had a chance to work on the computer part yet, but did discover how to print my cell pics. They have all turned out great

The drivers for Windows 7 (what Canon suggested) are working fine for me with Windows 10. I haven't had any issues at all.
