Today was a watery veggie day. Cucumbers to the chickens and lettuce to the ducks. That I know that they got water today.

You know it is cold when the dog built for adverse weather won't go out.
But why are the cats trying to escape to the great article tundra? I have been shoving them back from the door for 2 days now.

It's been cold (for us anyway) this week getting into the teens at night. We moved our rabbit inside last weekend, she sits in her pen looking confused... It's supposed to warm up Saturday, then she can go back outside.

So I put out buckets of hot water so it won't freeze as fast. Damn ducks took a bath with it. Who takes a bath when it is 7 degrees out?  ?? |

I think I may go and flatten that stupid duck with a shovel. He did an all over "wh@re" bath. cheese Louise decided against a tub bath, but she did stick a foot in.

It was a nice sunny day. Cold, but sunny. Those damn chickens spent the entire day in their coops, munching on fresh and frozen lettuce. The entire day!
The ducks are camping out next to their water and their food pile so the little sparrows won't get any.
We are suppose to get shhhhhnow tomorrow.
I will cry.
