I was able to download all the videos in Hitch Hikers Guide just fine, but now that I am moving on to other videos (both class videos and a few of my favorite Garden Girl videos) it won't record the audio. Anyone have this problem? Or have suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

I didn't have luck in chrome and tried several different things. Finally I went to Firefox and added a downloader add on and it worked. I gave up on chrome!

I downloaded on chrome, and am able to watch thru VLC player, not windows media player. Maybe the windows player is the issue?

I downloaded them in Chrome with that app. I double checked, the first one wasn't playing sound, so I went and checked my sound preferences and for some reason my son's headphones was selected as my preferred device!! Fixed that and now all 5 videos from the Vacations class plays with sound with Quicktime player on my Mac.
Not super technological, so I was thankful that the first set of directions worked for me and that the sound was an easy fix. I haven't tried using it on the YouTube videos yet though.

i had discussed this issue in another thread. Had same deal, I could get either audio or video but. Not both.
What finally worked for me:
used firefix with download helper extension, chrome didn't work
had to download from you tube, wouldn't work from 2peas
use VLC for playback, windows media player wouldn't work
lots of trial and error before all this finally worked. Good luck, hope this info may help.
