You don't need an app.
Open Safari on your iPhone
Go to: 2peasrefugees.boards.net
Bottom of the window:
CLICK: icon with arrow
CLICK: "Add to Home Screen"
You will have a page on your screen that will immediately bring you here.

To quote in the app, single tap on the post you want to quote, it turns a pale yellow colour and a menu comes up - one option on there is "quote"... Once you click on "quote," it opens up the reply window/box with the quote at the top...
