I ordered well over a week ago and it hasn't shown up yet. I'm wondering if I am the only one.

I have heard of one person getting theirs (Facebook group). I ordered mine several days after it came out, so I expected it to not be here to quicky. I heard they sold out of them!

I ordered mine on Friday and so far the site says it's still processing. Has the software update become available yet?

Well I just checked my status at Silhouette and it is shipped and on the FedEx Delivery truck today. The new software has been released although I have not updated yet. I was waiting to make sure it's okay. Maybe I'll check over at the Silhouette Plus forum to see what they have to say.

According to Silhouette Plus there are still some issues with this newest version. Nothing on PixScan yet. I think I still may wait a few days to try this.

I ordered mine on 8/5. It shows that it is still processing. One of my friends who ordered the day they came out has gotten hers and she is VERY pleased. She posted a few stamped images that she cut and they looked really good. The update is out, and I went ahead and did that last night. I just need my mat now.

Silhouette can be slow on shipping, especially with a big sale. I'm anxious to try mine, but the order is still pending.

This thread reminds me that I need to get the Sil out and play. There are so many things I want to try but haven't had the time. Hope all enjoy your new mats.

I just checked this afternoon and my status has moved to shipped! Hopefully it will come in time for me to play with it this weekend. I will post results when it gets here.

I just received mine and as much as I LOVE my Cameo - I can't say the same for the PixScan.
It might be user error - but I tried and tried and TRIED to get the camera calibration to work and all I get are error messages (ARGHHHH!!)
It doesn't show it in their videos, but prior to doing your first scan, you have to "calibrate" your camera. You print out a page of dots, take the photo and import the photo. Sounds simple, huh? Nope!!!
I tried using my iPhone and my Canon T3i. I tried different rooms, different lighting, different times of day and NOTHING is working. I am beyond frustrated and ready to trash that mat.
I have an email out to them to see if they have any suggestions. I read a couple of online reviews and it looks like camera calibration can be a frustrating process. But if it is that sensitive to the type of photo - this might be worthless. We'll see what they suggest.

Doxielady, which iPhone do you have? You do not need to calibrate a phone above 4s. I tried to calibrate it before I realized it was pre-calibrated and got an error message as well. I did several cuts today and they came out really well.

I am glad to hear of the good reviews. I got my mat but haven't sat down to actually work through the process yet.

I've been playing with mine and haven't quite got it working exactly right yet. The cuts are just a bit off. I'm using an iPhone 4s for the photos, and my understanding is that I don't have to calibrate with a 4s. Is that what you all understand to be true? I must say that finding help and directions for PixScan on the Silhouette site hasn't been very easy.
The other thing I don't like is that my cuts are coming off the mat sticky from the mat's adhesive. So if I were to throw all the labels I just cut into a container, I'm worried they'll just all get stuck together into a big mess.
I'm hopeful I'll get it all worked out, but those are just a couple of my immediate reactions upon trying it a few times.
Off to play some more...
