Black eyelets: are they an endangered species?

I have been looking for regular sized black eyelets forever.   I can't find any.   I also don't know what the measurement of regular sized eyelets are, so I can't find them that way either.   I found some black eyelets on Etsy once and they were a great price for being shipped from Thailand.  They arrived and were too big for the project I'm working on.  So now I have 200 eyelets that I'll never use.

Does anyone know if regular sized eyelets are still available anymore?

(I did order the ones from Eyelet outlet and they are low quality, the black color flakes off when the eyelets are "squished" onto paper.)
