The poor family having to bury two of their loved ones so close together. I once had a coworker who was killed in a car accident. Her daughter dropped dead at the wake. This has got to be the worst thing a family can experience! |

2016 just needs to be ignored in the history books. As someone who already struggles with anxiety (and included in that is anxiousness over the reality of mortality almost constantly) this year has been particularly rough. I just can't imagine how hard it must be to be a part of that family right now. So much grief during what should be a happy time. Too much talent gone. There is apparently a resource out there that says that 2016 is the worst year ever for celebrity deaths since such a thing has been kept record of. 2016, go to hell.

I cannot imagine what her brother must be going through--to lose his sister and his mother in TWO DAYS. OMG. I can't even.  Or her daughter--lost mom and grandmother. OMG. |

I am afraid to post the list i was lookiing at yesterday i got all teeared up when Dh just told me about her and Carrie. I'm not a crier. Dh lost his mother earlier this year so this has been particularly hard for him especially beiing a StarWars geek. We do Comic Con every other year. We met Mark Hamill earlier in the year and he had talked a lot of Carrie Fisher and very fondly. It makes me really sad  So many HARD losses this year!! |

The same thing happened with my great Grandmother. Her adult son died and she died the next day.

Unbelievable! FIL went to high school with her. He said she was just the sweetest person. We always referred to her as his "girlfriend" because everyone had a crush on her in high school.
