I'm doing the online only version. I've done WW before but not since they introduced Smart Points. I don't understand how they're tracking Fit Points. Are you supposed to eat them? If I go over my daily allotment, does it take from my daily earned Fit Points first before going into my Weekly Points?
Sorry - this is unclear to me and I can't quickly find an answer on the website.

You can choose which set of points you want to eat from if you go over your daily allotment of points. Either your weekly points first, or your activity points first.
I have never eaten any of my activity/fit points. And I rarely dip into my weekly extra points.
eta: I earn a minimum of 80 fit/activity points per week with my walking. But, no point in eating them if I want to lose weight. Maybe with maintenance, but I doubt it. I'm middle aged with no thyroid.
