Hi! Hoping for some insight and recommendations here. I still love traditional scrapbooking (had to put that out there) but I have been making digital books for my son's sports teams. Was having a thought this evening. I am using the Storybook Creator software, save it to jpegs and then upload it to a printer and away I go. Here's my question. It is no longer supported of course. I have a lot of content. Should I upgrade to the Panstoria software? Or should I look at switching over to Photoshop Elements. By the way, that would be a huuuuge learning curve.
A related question....would there be a way to save my CM content so I can use it in Photoshop?
I find Storybook Creator to be very easy to use which makes me think I should just move to Panstoria. Anybody have thoughts and suggestions?

I started out using Storybook Creator and like it. I understand it was created by Panstoria for CM and yes you can upload them there. I did an album of pics from my nephew's wedding for my Mom and just went to Kinko's and color copied it. Since it was all color copies it cost about $25. The quality wasn't as good as if I used a photo printer, but not bad.

I cannot offer an opinion about switching to the Panstoria software,I am not familiar with the product. If you saved your content to jpeg format and can access those folders, then you could use it in PS. I used PSE before I switched to PS and I love them both.. they will be sticking around and after the learning curve.. either one has lots to work with.

I use Panstoria Artisan, because like you I found the CM Storybook Creator easy to use. It was worth the upgrade to me. It works exactly the same. I also updated Historian & I use that as my digital photo file as well.
