I was thinking of adding a "2016 in review" for the last page of my Project Life. Nothing in-depth, but listing a few highlights. I have already forgotten that the Olympics were in 2016. (sad, I know).
I thought of one 3x4 card for note-able deaths in 2016. A card for politic highlights of the year. A card for Olympics. and so on.
Anything have an idea of where I can look for that in one place? I have tried online searches, but get EVERYTHING.

It would be so great if there was a collection out there to do this! I note those kinds of things every year at the end of my yearly book, but just create the cards myself because I've never found any.

Last year I screenshotted my Instagram (the small thumbnails on my profile page) and printed it on 3x4 cards. It was cute!

I have done year in review in baby albums, but the cards were really simple--either 1st month, 2nd month..., or growth milestones. There might be some calendar cards out there naming the months, but couldn't find any on a quick search.
Can you set up a table in your word pro program and do your own cards?

I can type my own cards, but when I look online for info, it is pages and pages and pages of stuff. Most of it I don't know anything about. I was hoping there was a website that just highlighted the big points.
Prince is the only death I can think of for 2016, and that is only because I live in MN where he is from.

That is so sad, I would probably only add it in to my book if it were someone I really cared about/was a huge fan of. I think Alan Rickman almost made it into my book because of Severus Snape... |

See I don't know who they are. Okay, I have heard the name of David Bowie, but that is all. I had no idea who Carie Fisher was until someone said Star Wars, but I have never seen any of those movies, so still don't know who she is. Never heard of Alan. I don't get out much.  |

I just spent a few hours going through several websites online to get a list of notable stuff for 2016. I typed it up quickly on some "3x4" cards. I am sharing them here with you. They are VERY basic, as I figured others might want to fix them up their way, or add or subtract things. The list of notable deaths is mainly people i know of, so I am including the link for the website I found that listed all 357 deaths in 2016. Notable deathsOkay wait, how do I add a Word Document here? Ugh  |

That's a little too obituaries-in-the-newspaper for me...  But I'd suggest you upload the Word document to dropbox (or Google Drive) and share the link to that exact document on here if you want to share it with fellow Peas.  |
