Well technically Roe v Wade has pretty distinct differences between abortion before and after the viability of the fetus (using the trimester system in dictating where states could restrict abortion to when the life of the mother is impacted) At 24 weeks the fetus is viable (obviously as this baby survived), and Tennessee restricts abortion to when the life of the mother is endangered. This is a case tragic on all kinds of levels.
