I ordered from an online store on 8/2. It is still saying processing. I emailed them, and they said they were waiting for one thing to come in. I really really want what I ordered, but if I knew it would take this long, I would have ordered somewhere else. Isn;t that how it goes?

If their web site showed it as being in stock there should not have been an issue. But since the issue has arisen they should ship what they have now and when the item comes in they should then ship it at no extra cost.
I do not like web sites that don't tell you whether or not the items are in stock.
When they realized they had a problem filling your order they should have emailed you and given you a choice of 1) cancelling the order all together 2) having the partial order sent with remainder to follow or 3) waiting and have the full order sent when item is available.
People do not place orders unless they want something and when they want something it is now that they want it. Why do on-line vendors not understand that.

Yes! To all of the above! Since I have placed that order, they have had free shipping, too. I should at least get that.

One of the reasons I dislike my stamping up club is the by time I get the stuff I ordered I have forgotten what I ordered. I want what I want now!

It's just good customer service.

OH I hate that. Your all excited and waiting...and then it seems like an eternity to come. If its a small item, I don't understand why they just won't ship every now and send the other later. Or give you the option to say I don't want that item please ship rest. Maybe you could ask them to do that. I'm sorry you have to wait so long. THis is why I miss having an LSS..instant gratification of purchases.

It shipped, it shipped! Just when I was getting ready to post on their FB page. Too bad it has to come all the way across the country!

At least you got free shipping. High shipping costs turn me away faster than anything. A deal isn't really a deal if you end up paying for the product twice over in shipping fees! Okay, rant done. Lol.
Glad to hear that your order is on its way to you!
