www.cnn.com/2017/01/15/politics/john-brennan-cia-donald-trump/index.htmlSlamming our national intelligence agency verbally and via Twitter. He is playing games that are terrifying to many. China's referring to him as a "rookie" because of his immaturity in his tweets/comments. When is he going to stop? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) He is showing that he has no concept of how undermining our own intelligence and security is making the U.S. Look outwardly to other countries and I don't think he cares either. Oh my God is this man an idiot. EDITED: To fix the point dottyscrapper made in her additional info--I originally posted after I read just my linked article and after hearing our local Fox News station talking about it.

www.cnn.com/2017/01/15/politics/john-brennan-cia-donald-trump/index.htmlWhile slamming our national intelligence, he is out there stating that he trusts the German Chancellor and Putin more than our own country's Intelligence agency's.

Oh my God is this man an idiot. Can't see anything in that article that he said this. I'm not defending him and yes it is wrong to slam your own intelligence but what he actually said when asked a direct question didn't suggest what I bolded in your post. He was asked who he trusted most German Chancellor Angela Merkel, a longtime US-ally, or Russian President Vladimir Putin. “Well, I start off trusting both — but let’s see how long that lasts," the incoming president said in an interview with The Sunday Times. There was nothing in the article comparing them to your intelligence agency. I can't believe I'm defending him but if you ( general you) are going to put things out there they need to be true IMO. It was said when covering Angela Merkel's policies covering refugees. The question was asked by Bild a German newspaper who were also given an interview at Trump Tower together with The Sunday Times. This is the part it was covered in Link to more topics that were covered in the interview

I was listening to our local news and they were also stating this (it's a Fox News station)
They definitely stated that he said he trusted them over our intelligence--
It doesn't surprise me that they are not quite correct.
I cannot see what you bolded, but I really respect your input and will trust that you've corrected or added the finer details! Thank you.
With the comments from China, that was not in the article, two different things I read/heard were running in my thoughts together.
As for undermining our intelligence, he's been Twittering all about that!

Thanks @dottyscrapper, I heard that repeated on NBC this morning but hadn't taken time to look it up.
