We travel a lot. Like, a LOT. Now as the family grows and grandkids arrive we'd like to be able to bring them along every now and again, which means that I'd like to have the ability to rent a villa or home, but still want amenities such as pools, water sports, etc. I know we can VRBO, but I'd prefer to vacation too, if you know what I mean.
I'm looking into Marriott Vacation Club, and am wondering if anyone is a member and would like to share their experience?
Thanks in advance!

That's the company we're using to go to Hawaii this spring. It's a gift from a member so I can't tell you about it. They seem happy with it and use it quite often. We're staying at two different locations in Oahu so we can do both sides of the island without too much driving around. The resort near Honolulu looks amazing. I can't wait to go.

I'm not a member, but I believe there might be websites where you can 'buy' points from a member to use. We've done it for the Disney Vacation Club twice now with good results. Might be worth checking out!
