Looks like he has his own version similar to the MISTI. You can see it on YouTube. I searched for CHA 2017 videos, and it came up.
I think I *need* this stamping platform. It retails for about $40, but it has some features that I like.

Oh, wow. I watched this one www.youtube.com/watch?v=WykeFdGl4W0 It was a good video. Based just on that I would buy it. It looks like a good quality tool - it doesn't look like it would crack easily. I don't need the rubber stamp side but I'm sure that would be really useful for a lot of mixed media people  |

I saw it over the weekend. I really like the size. When my mini MISTI needs to be replaced I'll be replacing it with this one.

I don't need the rubber stamp side but I'm sure that would be really useful for a lot of mixed media people Someone brought up the lack of padding (which some people prefer, I guess). If someone liked padding with their clear stamps they could just use the rubber stamp side and add fun foam to the base. If I get this that's probably what I would end up doing, so I wouldn't have to swap out the lid all the time. I often make cards that require both rubber w/ foam and clear/bare rubber and wouldn't want to be switching it all the time. Seems like it would be easier to swap out fun foam instead. |
