If you have cable (you have to sign in with your provider ID and password) you can watch it online at aetv.com. I am about 30 minutes into it, but need to take a break and will watch more later.

Very sad episode. I'd love to see the home after the new owners are finished with the renovations!

The couple have a Facebook page for the house, where they are supposed to do updates. If you do a search for Julian Price House it should show up.

It's the first time I've lasted more than the first commercial for one of these programs, it was very moving. The new owners were very caring.

It broke my heart all around.
The hoarder was sick. And she had people enabling her sickness. But she also had people desperately trying to get through to her, but how can you?
And the couple who bought the house - oh, saints is right. And it broke my heart when the one gentleman was crying.
It was a very sad, very emotionally draining episode.

I just found it on demand and DH and I watched it. Heartbreaking. The two owners were indeed saints. Although I have to wonder if tough love would have been the way to go. Since all the stuff in the house was legally theirs, remove her from the property so they can do what needed to be done and they could have still auctioned the antiques to give her the money. Obviously she has a huge problem, but I don't think allowing her to remove all that junk was the way to go. At least somewhere new she'd have had to start from scratch and no doubt she would have, but at least she wouldn't have already had a crap pile going.

FYI, you can purchase episodes on YouTube. This is what I had to do as we don't have cable or Dish. I just bought this one episode after reading this thread.
I think that Sandra's brothers and Michael and Eric just ended up enabling her rather than helping. Michael and Eric are absolute freaking saints. And for that matter, the "friends" who were trying to help on that last day? Yeah, they were saints too. But I think it would have been better to just not allow her on the property.
One thing I have a hard time with regarding hoarders is that, almost without exception, they come across as such nasty people. I lose my sympathy when they are so harsh and spiteful. And they are very selfish and usually don't care how their hoarding affects others. Yes, I know it's mental illness, but there are plenty of people who are mentally ill but aren't as self-involved, unkind etc. I don't know how anyone cared about Sandra, honestly; she treated everyone so badly.
I hope I'll get to see the house when the renovation is finished; I bet it will be spectacular.

Wow! Thanks for the heads up on this one. I went to the A&E site and watched. I think someone should do a show of the owners bringing the house back to its former glory.
