I stumbled across the site and registered. They sent me a coupon and I placed an order.

I searched for reviews and there are many complaints about people being low-balled when they send in their clothes.

Should I feel guilty about buying there? Or are people overestimating what they have?

I thought they were about the same as what you get from resale shops in Central IN. In my experience, the payout is about the same as what you'd get at a garage sale (.50-1.00 for most kids clothes, slightly more for nicer brands). I haven't personally sold to them though- this is based on the info they post online. I did order from them once and was ok with the purchase, though it took a REALLY long time to get my item (close to a month).
