How about...."like a good neighbor - State Farm is..." MUTE
Plus - what is with playing the same commercial back to back to back? Do we really need to see the same commercial 5 times in 15 minutes?
There are so many bad ones - its probably easier to list the ones I like.

I know there's one that makes me so crazy, I always mute the TV when it comes on, but right now I can't think what it is.  The other ones I just generally dislike are the erectile dysfunction commercials, the new ones for vaginal dryness  and various other commercials that involve problems with private parts.  |

We mute the tv any time that stupid progressive bundle commercial comes on and any time the sonic guys come on. The toaster strudel kid is downright creepy.

I was looking to see if this had been mentioned. We've heard, 'I've fallen and I cant get up' for ages, but this one breaks my heart. I hate it. |

OMG that Empire commercial is running through my head now. That has been coming on since I was a kid. It always played during Bozo the clown on the Chicago station (and we are in GA) LOL. I can't believe I remember. 588-2300 Empiiiiirrreee…..
I can't stand the Geico commercial with the guy who says ' did you know words really CAN hurt?' urrrggggg. I despise it.

I already complained about the creepy, skeevy Trivago guy on a different thread, but for sheer stupidity the Sonic Guys bug me to death. Beyond the fact the commercials are just plain annoying, the fact is, there are NO Sonics within 100 miles from here!

We are Yankees baseball fans, but we live in VA. We watch the games on YES, so we get to see the NYC local commercials. The anti-smoking ads are horrifying. The worst I've ever seen.  |

I have two but they are both local to Austin Tx. 1 is a political ad that is running right now for Wendy Davis slamming Abbott, and the other is a local( I think), with a Hispanic girl that gets a job,,, and "She got the job" is repeated about 10 times in both languages...The bad acting is AWFUL!!

You mean the guy w/the teeth? I have to mute it AND put my hand up to block the screen. I didn't realize those were only local and we're the only ones being traumatized. <shiver> I am bugged by the one for somebody's ice cream. The one where they're whispering & dragging out the names? "Caaapuuuuciiiiinnnnooo". Drives me bonkers. |

I also greatly dislike the commercial with the mouse in the plastic sphere who sits at the table and talks to all the other weird family members. I don't even know what it's for.

Pretty much any drug commercial, but the one about gout with this crunchy yellowish green stuff in a beaker gives me the willies.
And Sonic is just horrible, but I'd rather sit through those two chuckleheads than Verizon's framily commercials with a talking hamster, some weird French child with butterflies around her head and punked out rocker. The entire thing makes me want to burn my house down to get rid of it.
