I really need a few pair. I've checked Lularoe but no one seems to have solid black.
Any suggestions of where to buy them?

I gave up on finding a black LuLaRoe pair, but ebay is full of them if you want to pay about $50. I ordered mine from JC Penney. I'm curious, too.

I really like The brand "Hue". They are thick enough so there is no show through and have enough Lycra so they don't bag at the knees after a couple hours of wear. They come in all cotton which I like best.

Torrid. They have their Premium black leggings and they're not at all see through. Thick and feels nice and smooth. I love them.

To wear out? Hue.
To wear around the house? I go to pink or Victoria secret. Shhh. That's a secret.
Did you mean workout leggings : lululemon. They make great loungewear types leggings too that I own. My mom has from there too.

I like mine from J. Jill. I have a couple pairs from the Wearever collection and one from the Pure Jill collection. The Wearever leggings are a bit thicker and the quality is especially notable.

Nice ones or athleisure? I have a ton of leggings and yoga pants from Target in their workout clothing.

Viv collection from Amazon. They are the same fabric blend and softness of Lularoe but have nicer patterns and plenty of solids easily available. I just got a solid black pair in today for $12 and prime shipping.

I just bought a 2 pack of Felina brand from Costco in black. They ROCK (this is coming from a non legging fan) and I can even wear hot pink undies with them and you can't see thru! They're SUPER soft and stretchy and soooooooooo comfy. I figured that for $11 TOTAL, if I hate them, I can pass them along to my legging loving mom. Nope, I'm keepin' them!

I'd love to know where to find some wide waistband, THICK leggings for working out. I do Body Pump and don't want to feel self conscious when I bend over. Has anyone tried Zella?

I have several pairs of Zella that I bought from nordstrom rack. They are really comfy and not see-through. I also bought few pairs from costco that are very good. The leggings from both these places seem to last forever no matter how many times I wash them. Zella seems to hold my tummy in better and doesn't give me the feeling that I have to pull them up .

I've ordered from Old Navy's website and like that they are soft, comfortable and NOT see through! They also have them in long. I'm 5 feet tall, so can't testify to the truth of that claim.

I was buying inexpensive black leggings, from Ross, Target, JC Penney, Kmart. The usually run $7-$12.
I bought a black pair of Lauren Conrad Leggings from Kohls, and I really like them, because they don't seem to fade like the less expensive one's. They were $16-ish, then I used a coupon.
I found some cute mild patterned leggings at KMart. Wasn't shopping for leggings but one pair caught my eye, as I was walking past. I think they were $9.00-ish.
I am frugal with my money, so there's no way I am paying $25+ for a pair of leggings. I am not a fan of those extremely busy, crazy color scheme patterns anyways.

Yes! I bought a pair from there over Christmas break and love them! In fact, I just got a pair of the capri length for Spring/Summer.

Dress Barn...they have a higher waist band which I love and are nice and thick. They had them in black and charcoal grey and a printed herringbone pattern in a tone on tone grays.
I wish I could get them in a chocolate brown and navy.

My favorite black leggings to wear with boots and a nice tunic top are Vince Camuto which I buy at Nordstrom or Dillard's. JJill has great leggings as well.
My favorite workout leggings are Zella which I buy at Nordstrom , usually during the half yearly sale.

Well, Lauren has me blocked but I'll put in my two cents for the rest of you. I love Land's End Starfish leggings, especially because they come in petite sizes; every other legging I've tried is ridiculously long. I think they've got a 30% off deal going now.

Yep, I bought these in black a few weeks ago and have been really impressed with how they wear & wash - no pilling or thin areas. They are xhilaration brand, which concerned me because I thought it was a juniors brand, but they're not and fit fine.
