I keep a box of quart Zip Lock bags and a box of Swiffer sweeper refills in my craft room. I use the baggies to package up cards. Even though I put each card/envelope in a plastic sleeve, I still put the cards in baggies just in case the shipping box gets wet. The Swiffer refills are used to clean my work space of glitter. That stuff gets everywhere and the Swiffer cloth is really good at picking it up.

the Swiffer sweeper refill idea is genius!!! That stuff (and embossing powder) gets everywhere!

Now having said that, I probably have a lot of odd things that I don't really consider odd simply because I just like them. A five year old lollipop that is attached like a pacifier to monster teeth that cover your mouth? A pack of 8 sets of "ugly teeth" that I was going to take to a themed crop but forgot them at home. 3 or 4 red foam clown noses. I don't know. I have a lot of weird stuff!I guess that explains your avatar, then!

My collection of tin robots? My collection of vintage toy kaleidoscopes? A huge dollhouse I designed, that I have in my studio for my grandkids to play with when they come to visit? My whole studio is pretty strange actually. I think we need pictures of this one!

as a kid, I think I had the kaleidoscope on the very left-hand side of the shelf!! I really like the tin rocket on the robot shelf; it reminds me of Bugs Bunny cartoons.

That was actually mine as a child! I got it when I was about four. The others I have collected through the years.

Actually, my friend hosts a retreat every summer and one year the theme was "circus" so I bought a bag of clown noses for photo booth props, not knowing she was including one in EVERYBODY'S goodie bag, LOL. So I ended up with a whole bunch of the goofy things.

Is it just my computer? All I can see of @stefdesigns photos is a gray circle with a white stripe?

I think the magnetic vent covers can be cut to size in order to use to adhere metal dies to them for storage purposes. Stefdesigns can correct me if that is wrong.

I have a kitchen tool, maybe a strainer or potato ricer. I was doing a mixed media canvas and was supposed to paint through magic mesh, but I didn't have any so I used the strainer as a stencil.

my scrap space is a corner of the family room - there's nothing especially strange in my scrap corner but the rest of the room is up for grabs I'll vote for the C3PO and R2D2 pillows on the futon that DH got for Christmas from a co-worker

I have had 8 dollars and a scrap of paper paper clipped to a shelf for more than 9 years. I won the money in a small sports pool.... ( guessing how many yards a football player would run in a game. 🏈)I never win stuff like this, so I still have the money!!

Although I like the glitter look on some of my projects, I hated using it because it always manages to get, not only on my project, but all over my table, the floor, and everything nearby. I'll have to get an extra box of Swiffers at the store next time so I can keep it in my craft room. I guess the strangest things I have in my craft room are the trees...fake pine trees, that is, of various sizes; the one I like to decorate for the seasons, the other is a "vine" tree decorated in geens, flowers and little white lights, and the third one is a small, long-needled pine tree that sits atop my Expedit.

Milk jug flares. I love them as a bone folder. I have a traditional bone folder and grab my milk jug flares. White nail pencil to pick up my gems and tiny die cuts. Toenail clippers- Nice & new. Use to cut string and wire. Emery boards to get the burrs off my paper and uneven edges. My most precious. A paper clip that my husband bent to form a pokey hole thing so I could pop out my CD's when they got stuck in my stereo. I now use it to poke holes from my die cuts. It is 23 years old. I could probably think of some more things. Practically all my tools I have made them or use something that was not originally made for paper crafting and scrapbooking. My doll collection and pet toys.

Wow! We have some stuff in our areas! I love reading this! Keep them coming!
For me it would have to be the ugly harbor frieght bright right noise canceling ear protection (you know the ones like people wear at monster truck rallies?)! Yes they are in my space and YES they get used pretty regularly. I share my space with the toy/play area and DH's computer/game area. It is all in our open finished basement. Boy are they loud!

A couple of things:
A beheaded Princess Diana Precious Moments figurine that fell off a shelf.. Her head and body are sitting on my bookshelf.. along with a hand from a ballerina, same fall. (the whole shelf fell).. I can't seem to throw them away and I can't seem to want to put them back together because who wants a glued back Princess Diana?
My 'good luck' guys.. A Wilson (from the movie Castaway) ball, a Dwight rubber head (from The Office) and the cast of characters from the movie "The Secret Life of Pets", which I have not seen but I love the little animals looking at me while I work while Dwight is scowling at me. haha
And lastly a whole box of Coke bottle tops.. I am entering those every week to get points before the program ends next month.

A box of poo pickers. There is an organization that trains great danes for service dogs (Service Dog Organization) and they use cardboard rectangles of 3"x6" to scoop up poop. I cut up old cereal boxes/cracker boxes and fill a box. When it's full, I send it off.
The box lives in my studio because that's where the cutters and the paper recycling basket is kept!

All I can think of is some plastic Coca-Cola crates and one of those baskets you use when shopping in a store.
