I love this lady's necklaces. I've bought a couple for gifts and the receivers have loved them. Necklaces

Well I'm biased, because my daughter has started selling her jewelry on etsy. One of her creations is a shaped and polished piece of wood she calls a "tree gem," which she then wire wraps into a pendant. They're very different, if you're looking for different. She has a homestead, and most of her materials are sustainable products from her farm. Fleathers and Bone

I don't know if she is for everyone, but I have a few pieces from Neile on Etsy and I love them. She makes necklaces from butterfly wings. www.etsy.com/ca/shop/neile/items

I think she buys them from a farm after they die? I read it somewhere on her site. I know one other seller who sources them from conservation farms in South America, they use the sale of the butterflies after they die to find horticultural studies or conservation projects.
