That's pretty cool. Glad those animals all got homes.

If more vets were like mine where they are in it more for the health of the animals instead of making money. These are great vets at this office and they have been doing it for 30 plus years and they are the lowest cost vet office around this area and most other areas as far as I have heard people talk about the cost of vet care. Even the meds are so much less in this office than all the others in this area.
The sad thing is that this vet office has 12 vets now and they are so busy that they haven't taken any new patience for 3 years.
There is a vaccine clinic that goes around to the different groomers and pet stores through out the year that gives free and low cost vaccinations but they don't have any way of spaying and neutering. they do give vouchers out for a discount off the cost at any local vets office but my vet won't honor them because their cost is already lower than the cost with the voucher at any other office.
I hope all these pets getting adopted did fined their forever home.

That is awesome news. It was great seeing all of those empty cages. We adopted our dog from the Northshore Shelter in Long Island three years ago. We had been to all the shelters in our area (Central NJ) and didn't find any dogs that we felt would work with our family so we decided to look for a puppy. They told us at Northshore that they had done such a good job with the spay/neuter programs that there were no puppies in the area shelters. They have to ship the puppies in from other states, ours came from Tennessee.
