Why was it not read? I would call the place you went to and insist it get read so there is a report. And if it doesn't get read, then you shouldn't be billed for the X-ray.

I agree. It is wasn't read by a radiologist (MD), you should not get a bill for it.
I can possibly look at it. Not a radiologist but I've seen a lot of ortho X-rays in my day.
