There's zero reference to me at all just "photo credit two peas in a bucket" (I had it in my gallery there) but that's ok. It is a little startling to see your own work pop up somewhere though!

That is exciting!
I do wish that people in general (not thinking of anyone specific) would be much more careful when crediting the original creator when sharing work. It's really disappointing to see someone use your work as a source of inspiration or to share, and not give credit where it is due.

Thanks ladies! At first I was pretty startled because I would not have expected a place like that to just grab images to share, I would have expected that they would ask permission and/or credit at least the username. It was very odd to have my own layout pop up in my newsfeed! The layout was also based on a Scrapbook Generation sketch which I credited on Two Peas and that was not shared either. It was the double page layout Happy Trails and they posted it on August 16th.

I see it in the link below the LO (http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/member/370270-tinaev/1914774-happy-trails/ ) too bad it does not link back to anything anymore. So even if someone wanted to see more, it looks like the link no longer works. When did they choose your LO to show case? Do they not realize two peas is no more?? By the way, it is a great LO!

I don't know when they chose it, it just showed up on the 16th. I will give them credit for attempting a link, but I do think it's funny they linked to a defunct website LOL. And thank you! I'm enjoying living in my little bubble of fame among my scrapping friends.  |
