A lot of cookware can go in the oven these days. Do you have a 2 qt saucepan?

What are you making? Do you have a 9x13 baking pan? It's a little bigger than 2 quarts but should work depending on what you're making.

7x11 is 2 quarts. Depending on what you are making, you might be able to use a 9x9 square pan, but would have to adjust your baking time, maybe even the temperature. Or you could use a 9 inch pie plate.

Yummy! Mac and cheese is pretty flexible. Glad you were able to make do with a different pan.
