Do you have a 9x13 baking pan? It's a little bigger than 2 quarts but should work depending on what you're making.

Depending on what you are making, you might be able to use a 9x9 square pan, but would have to adjust your baking time, maybe even the temperature. Or you could use a 9 inch pie plate.
