It's w/Cricut, but I think you can do it w/any cutter.
Photo2Stencil is key.
Really neat idea.

Ah- she does the coolest stuff, and her tutorials are SO good. Not a bunch of extra talking or fumbling like some out there. She has this on her blog and has the Silhouette version uploaded also. Check her blog out. I have found it to be the best Silhouette resource out there. One of my favorite things I learned on her blog was how to create my own digital paper. I love Kay! (Cleversomeday). Her tutorials are awesome. If you have a Silhouette, her Youtube series on tracing is one of the best. This is how I learned to trace.
