Thanks for sharing your kits, ladies. I've always wanted to try putting together a big kit like this. I've done smaller ones and was happy with them so I'd like to give this a try. I'm not very good with matching things from different collections and manufacturers but I think this thread will be helpful.

Two pages so far from my kit. I posted one of them over at the Sketch/Scraplift challenge thread. Here is the other one: Daddy's Boys2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I just love this layout! The way you followed the diagonal of the paper was just brilliant...going to need to lift it! Bring it on!!! Would love to see what you come up with!

I have 8 pages to scrap of a spontaneous photo shoot of my DDs we did a few years back. It was this time of year, and finally warm enough to wear dresses, but the yard was still grays and browns and dead grass. I decided to grab all the pink stuff I could find in order to brighten up the pictures, and this is what I came up with: it includes mulberry paper (tear bears, anyone? ), a bunch of hand printed papers, ribbons, and their names spelled out in bling. I didn't include any paints and inks in the photos, or any chipboard goodies, but consider them a part of the kit. Everything is old except for the white cardstock background papers I hope to use. I've been semi frozen for awhile, and I'm good with that! ETA: Done! So, I made 8 pages, all slightly different variations using the kit. Hey, when the kids are cooperative, you have to take a lot of pictures! I made a 2 page spread for each of them, and a 2 pager of all three girls. This is page 2 of my youngest's individual page, and it's one pic of her with each of her big sisters. The first pages are portraits of each girl, and they each have their names in bling in the lower left corner, and the second pages are much like this one. Thanks for the challenge!

I think the really fun part for me is digging through my stash and discovering new goodies, it has quelled the urge to shop which is sooo needed lol

msliz that will surely brighten up any photos! Good job! dasmith2 I agree. I have since put together two more kits based on this "formula" and that makes me happy.

I just love seeing the kits that are coming together. Similarities within each but all so different. They're great!

Loving everyone's kits. Hoping to find time to play this month. I have been going through my stash and pulled a few things for several layouts but not sure if they will work for this challenge or not. I was thinking more about the bash challenge when I was pulling stuff.

Scrapper100 I am sure they will work, just try it and see! If not there is still time to pull things for this one! I am hoping to get in my room to play tonight. Life has thrown me some curveballs this week and last and I feel like I am barely conscious at teh end of the days and mojo is non existent but I hope to get down there today some time to play!

dasmith2 I love the colors, very ocean/calming. The cluster of wood veneers is awesome and the tiny "seagulls" are adorable. Great job!

msliz, I love that feathery mulbury paper matting. dasmith2, I love those sketched(?) flying seagulls. Here is another page [mostly] from my kit. I was cleaning off a surface area to work on this morning and found some extra photos from pages I had already completed. Managed to put some into the "discard later" tub, but decided to go ahead and scrap a few pages with some of them. I had been going to go the PL divided page protector route with some Christmas photo outtakes, but because of different orientations, I found it easier to just glue them to a page. I added a bunch of embellies and uploaded those two to the CB gallery. This page will go into my "All About Me" album which I have not added much to in the past few years. i got my wish by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Since we are iced/snowed in today I forced myself to play. I sat down with this kit, my bash kit, and the Calvinball rules and came up with this. It garnered me 48 points so not too shabby. However, I am still behind in my layout a day so I need to keep going while the mojo is slightly flowing.

grammadee great job journaling around the sides (cb!) and the use of tags, two things I struggle with! dasmith2 Your use of buttons is awesome. I struggle to use those too! I love the top cluster too! Good job!

Thanks, crystalb! I feel almost guilty taking a prize when other people did so much more with their kits! March was a very scrappy month. Thanks for adding to the fun!

Well, I have finally figured out how to reduce the image size of pictures on my iPad. That means I don't have to bug my husband and wait for him to do it on his laptop anymore. I know it's April already, but I loved the pages I made with my March kit and wanted to share. i have no idea why I have this one random photo. Since I printed it, I wanted to scrap it though. I'm glad I did. It brings back so many memories. My daughter no longer plays with these toys so I'm happy to document some of her adventures. I have a ve a photo of my daughter when she was less than two weeks old where I was kissing her like this. I called that layout Smooshy Kisses. Hence, the title for this one. I am so happy to finally use the word "Silly" I cut with my Cameo ages ago! I pulled out more specialty paper paper for this - the lace (and glittery) flower paper. I also used the star stamps and finally the wish 3x4 card! The little bag of sequins was quite heavily used too. Three more layouts on my next post...

I actually fussy cut some of the hearts from the vellum by Shimelle. I feel like it's missing something. I may go back and sprinkle some ink. The patterned paper has some grey spots on it that look like accidental ink smudges. I keep checking to make sure it's printed and not something I did myself. Ink splotches may help tie that together a bit. I love this layout. I took some of the black ribbon I pulled to make the bows. They're not perfect, but I'm happy with them. I really enjoyed tucking the die cuts in with the wooden hearts. One more! I'm finally done with all the Heidi Swapp wood veneer words now. It felt so good to use them up! I used ink droplets, my stamp, washi, and paper (of course). I grabbed some of the Project Life soccer cards too. I cut them up to make the soccer ball and field "die cuts" and for the journaling block.
