Creative refupeas please help. I am trying to come up with a name for a Company that will is being formed as an offshoot of a law firm and will be updating and keeping current corporate records and minute books. So far all I have is "By the Book" which is lame. TIA

Do you want a cutesy name for a serious company? Is this a company that will be soliciting clients with advertising? Does the name need to imply what it does for searchability?

Not cutsey in particular. Clients are already clients of the firm. This is just breaking a larger corporation into two parts. Tax Litigation and Corporate Maintenance

I don't think I would go with something creative in that industry. I would say something like Law Firm Records Management or Law Firm Litigation Services - something along those lines. It ties the two together while indicating that they are separate lines of business.

Corporate Record Services
Corporate Record Assistance
Corporate Record Management
Law Firm Record & Minute Book Maintenance
Or some combination of such.
I agree don't do cutesy at all. I'm in this industry and would stick to simple.

I agree that you don't need to go "cutesy" but For the Record may work. Otherwise, I like keeping it simple and sticking to what the business is....Law Records, XYZ Legal Records...something along those lines.
