Did anyone catch the clip of O'Reilly attacking Maxine Waters hair and her response! Such a firecracker! I guess on the same day Spicer told a black reporter to stop shaking her head at him it prompted the viral hashtag #blackwomenatwork where we took to Instagram or Twitter to describe work place harassment we've faced as black women. You should check it out!

As I said on a friend's FB feed this morning: "He is so much more of an asshole than I thought he was. And I thought he was a wooly mammoth sized one before."

I remember when I was a teenager Maxine Waters was like the nagging parent who policed your musical taste. Not sure how she become the face of "anti-rap" music but thats how most millennials will recognize her name. When she started trending again after the election I was actually shocked at how longstanding her career has been.

On Tuesday, O'Reilly mocked Waters' hair, saying, "I didn't hear a word she said. I was looking at the James Brown wig." O'Reilly apologized later for his comments -- after making the comparison twice. "I love James Brown. But it's the same hair!" he had said while appearing on "Fox & Friends." He later said: "Whatever she says, she believes. She's not a phony, and that's old school." O'Reilly later apologized for his wig comments in a statement. "As I have said many times, I respect congresswoman Maxine Waters for being sincere in her beliefs," he said. "I said that again today on Fox & Friends calling her 'old school.' Unfortunately, I also made a jest about her hair, which was dumb. I apologize." He also brought it up during his show "The O'Reilly Factor." Waters told MSNBC's Chris Hayes that she didn't care about O'Reilly. "I'd like to say to women out there everywhere, don't allow these right-wing talking heads, these dishonorable people, to intimidate you or scare you. Be who you are. Do what you do. And let us get on with discussing the real issues of this country." She then accused Trump of wrapping "his arms around Putin" and called for an independent investigation into the president and his associates. www.tristatehomepage.com/news/politics/maxine-waters-to-bill-oreilly-i-cannot-be-intimidated/682343538I did a search and found this story. I'm not familiar with tristatehomepage

I recall when Don Imus said something about a women's basketball team being nappy headed and he got put right off radio. Now we have gone so far backward that Bill O'Reilly, who thinks he is getting into Catholic heaven, makes fun of a woman's hair and goes so far as to compare it to James Brown.
Then you have Sean Spicer and his crazy self shaming a reporter like she's his 10 year old child, "Don't shake your head at me, the answer is still no." What the everloving f!@# is going on?
I remember when Howard Stern was so shocking and now you get worse than his brand of broadcasting on prime time news. It's just one more very bad exodus into the worst parts of where we thought we were coming away from.
