Hi Everyone, I am doing the first post for healthy living. This starts Sunday June 29th and ends a week later.
Do you have goals this week? Do you want to weigh less? Do you want to exercise more? Do you want to run 10 miles 2x week?
Share with us your goals. Next week it is going to be someone else posting this thread. I am still working at getting in shape. I may be in shape now but I weigh way too much. Have to work harder.
Good luck! Please post to this thread.

I want to get off my duff and exercise just once. I figure if I start small and set an achievable goal, I can build on that success next week.

I want to go to exercise all 3 times this week. Track all my food this week. Add some walking on my walking DVD on my off days from working out.

I really need to start tracking my calories again. No amount of exercise will help me until I get the eating under control.

I need to control my diet too. This will be a busy week with DD's activities so don't want to be unrealistic. I need to cut down the wheat, sugar and dairy as I need to cut them out!

My main goal is just to do better. I joined Weight Watchers a year ago this week basically and am 50 lbs down. But if I'm being honest, I haven't lost a lb in 6 months.
So, goals for this week are to track all my food. That's it - one thing at a time!

Your goal should be written here or on a piece of paper in your wallet under your pillow, on the fridge or wherever. You need to look at it all the time. Before that bite of cheesecake or sitting on the couch instead of walking the treadmill/stairmaster or eliptical whatever. (he he he). You don't have to share any details if you don't want. Just say I AM IN!!! And you are one of us.
If anyone here is a trainer works with a trainer etc. post what you feel comfortable with sharing.
If you are a nutritionist post what's working for your patients/clients. NO names, dates etc. Just suggestions.
We need all the help we can get!
So everyone *big hugs!!!* and let's get healthy in any way we can make a difference in our lives !

I hope to find my scale in the moving boxes we're unpacking so I can find out how much I set myself back by the past 10 weeks. Then I hope to exercise 2 times this week.

My husband and I started juicing this week (I really am not a veggie lover). We are hoping to juice twice a day and start exercising.

My goal is to eat clean all week and walk every day. I'm determined to drop 25 pounds before the end of the year.

My goal is to eat low carb this week and lose 2lbs.(this week)
I won't eat breads, pasta, rice, crackers, chips, potatoes and no sweets.
I will eat Greek yogurt, nuts, cheese, grilled vegetables, turkey breast and lean meats. I've been eating lower carb for a few months but I'm stepping it up this week and next.
I'm walking 3 miles a day (with hills) and I'm half way through the 30 day ab challenge which is totally working for me. I should add in push ups this week too.

I hope to weigh less next week. I'll pass on desserts and carbs while continuing to eat well.

I so need this! I had great success several years ago on WW, but gained it all back plus an extra 40! (yikes!) It pains me to admit that I have 80 pounds to lose to get back to the middle of the "overweight" range. I have come to terms with the fact that I will never be skinny, but I want to be healthy.
I have two goals this week. #1 is to start wearing my fitbit again so I can be more aware of how little I'm moving, and slowly start to move more. #2 is to meal plan for the week. I do a much better job with my eating if I've made a plan for the week for lunches and dinner.
