I just got a couple packs-they are not cheap. I haven't had a chance to try them yet but they have been recommended by a lot of people who say it's much easier to get a smooth blend with them. I think I will reserve them for my regular distress inks since the distress oxide inks are supposed to be really easy to blend (use my old round ones for those). mini smoothies at tupelo designs |

My girls use the larger versions for their makeup.  BTW - I just found tupelo designs and I love their sale prices and free shipping. |

I ordered from them and the order arrived in 3 days. It may have been considered 2 days because it was about 7 pm when I placed the order.

I use the make-up (larger) ones from the dollar store: $2. But I'm still preferring my clarity stencil brushes  |

People who have used both makeup sponges and smoothies claim that there's a huge difference and that the smoothies are way better. I haven't tried either one yet.

I haven't tried the mini smoothues, but I have been using the beauty blenders from the dollar tree, and I have been very satisfied with them, they ink and blend with almost no effort.

I'm intrigued! I can imagine the smaller size would give less lines, but the big "eggs" (as we call them) work well because the foam is so dense/smooth. Let us know what you think when you get yours.

I have not heard of them. I love using makeup sponges. Cheap and work great for me but I mostly use them for paint.

I got makeup sponges from the dollar store- I think I will just stick to them unless I can find the make up eggs there too. I don't use my inks that often so this works for me |
