I like the 30 Day Shred workout and have been trying to get back into it, but I feel like the jumping and some of the moves are hard on my knees and aggravate my foot pain. PiYo is advertised as "no jumping" and easy on your joints, but I am not so sure...Wondering if anyone has tried it and if so, what did you think of it? Thanks!

I have it. I love pilates and yoga, I did not like Piyo. First most of the DVDs are done barefoot which aggravated a pain in my foot and my knees need the stability of doing lunges with shoes on. I burned too few calories. I was bored silly. I love chalene johnson and have all her other dvds, this one just didn't do it for me.
