:love:Omg, love the new line Vivienne!!! Pink, apricot, yellow, green/real and.......Brown! I miss my Brown with florals (not counting fall) I pick and choose a couple papers from most lines, but I will have to have all of this one. Such a refreshing change from the mh/dl/shimelle styles and colors.

I'm also loving the colors in Aurora. And I like that the patterns are easily used for masculine pages and cards! I need that!

I also love pieces from both Aurora and Vivienne. Not so much a fan of the purple-y ones in Aurora, but I like the rest of it! I've always been a BG fan (fave paper) and recently bought a lot of pieces from Grand Bazaar and Spice Market. I like the brown/bright color combos that BG seems to come up with a lot.
I will also be getting a lot of the Evergreen line for several years of Christmas photos...yeah, I'm behind - waaay behind!

The Vivienne and Aurora are both gorgeous. I think both would be quite versatile. While Second City is pretty, it would never work with my photos. I think it would be great to make kid/teen cards with.

I love the look of Aurora! So hard to find really good purples and this one looks amazing! Love that it has a bit of an art deco feel as well. Adding it to my scrappy wishlist!

Love Aurora and using purple with turquoise. Now, if I only had pictures to go with the purple. Might have to print some B&W I learned to love purple when I had several trips to Utah to scrapbook. Purple is a lot more versatile than you might realize. Try adding it instead of aqua/teal for instance and see what you think. It's wonderful for fall photos as well. The wildflowers in our area (NC) in the fall tend to be purples but even the colors of the tree leaves in the fall look wonderful on purple. |
