Anyone have wood-look tile in their master bedroom?

We are in the south with a pool and dogs so real wood is out.
My DH wants wood look tile (we have it in our den and really like it).
But I am leaning toward replacing our carpet with--carpet.
It is just a warmer/cozier feel.

We could get the wood look tile plus an area rug but that is $$$.

The main areas of our home are tile but the bedrooms are carpet.
What do you think of wood-look tile in a master bedroom?
